Lise Detwiler

Lise Detwiler, MBA, CFRE, CAP

Lise Detwiler is a seasoned fundraising and development professional with over three decades of experience, including 25 years in leadership roles within complex healthcare organizations. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, capital campaigns, major and principal gifts, planned giving, and annual fund strategy.

Lise has served in senior development positions across healthcare, higher education and independent schools, consistently leading teams to exceed fundraising goals and deepen donor relationships. She is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), where she was honored as “Fundraiser of the Year.” A Certified Master Teacher through AFP, she also spent more than 20 years on the adjunct faculty at Villanova University, teaching in its Principles of Fundraising certificate program.

She holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation from the American College of Financial Services and maintains her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential.
