Olivia has led multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns, designed comprehensive annual giving and stewardship strategies, and collaborated across functions to build high-performing teams and donor pipelines. She played a key role in launching In Her Wake, Wake Forest University’s  $100 million fundraising initiative for women’s athletics, and has been instrumental in aligning fundraising operations with institutional priorities to inspire transformative gifts and enduring donor relationships.

Her leadership span’s campaign planning, data-informed decision-making, and board engagement. Olivia’s work consistently reflects her ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, helping teams deliver measurable impact and sustainable growth.

Currently an MBA candidate at Wake Forest University, Olivia is deepening her expertise in business strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
